Our Staff
Our team of dedicated staff include 4 full time butchers who have between them over 102 years of experience! Our Head Butcher Ron having had his own business moved to us in mid-2003 and has helped developed the shop to its current status. We also employ 6 other regular part-time members of staff who are happy to help you with any requirements.
